Amy Wu and the Ribbon Dance by Kat Zhang and Charlene Chua teaches kids about cultural appreciation, the importance of friends, and about how to have fun!

Amy has trouble sitting still, and she loves to dance! When she invites her friends over for a ribbon dancing party, she realizes that she doesn’t have a dancing ribbon! She has a hair ribbon, a scarf, and a table cloth, but none of those are dancing ribbons. When her mom shows her that she can dance without a dancing ribbon, Amy realizes that she doesn’t need dancing ribbons to have fun dancing with her friends.
