Teen Ambassador Program

Our Teen Ambassador program is a community service and job skills opportunity for select local high school students ages 16+ who love books and reading and want to help us give free books to other kids who need books of their own.

Teen Ambassadors help process donated books and serve our client partners and book donors for two hours per week at the Book Bank. Depending on their interests, a Teen Ambassador may start a book group at a neighborhood school, write book reviews, organize a book drive, select and deliver free books to a local under-resourced public school, or propose another project of their own invention—the possibilities are wide open for creative change makers!
