Jen says: “As I researched options for my Thanksbooking party, I chose the Children’s Book Project because I appreciate that their specific focus is to spread literacy to the children and homes who need the support in the greater Bay Area, here in CA. Pre-Covid, they operated from a storefront in SF where they provided donated books for free to those in need- schools, shelters, teachers, daycares, all could go and get unlimited access to books. Now in Covid they handle donations through scheduled requests and deliveries, and are focused more than ever to help get literature out to those in need.

Half of all sales and all my proceeds will go to this wonderful organization whose sole purpose is ‘committed to closing the opportunity gap and lifting up our community by raising readers.'”
